3. Quotations & Estimates

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on the information provided by the client at the time of quotation.

Any changes to dimensions, materials, finishes, designs, or scope of work may result in additional charges.

4. Orders & Deposits

A deposit is required before design, manufacturing, or procurement work begins.

Production will commence only after design approval and receipt of the required deposit.

Orders are considered confirmed once written approval and payment have been received.

5. Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all drawings, renderings, dimensions, finishes, and specifications before production.

Sophia Closets Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the client during the review process.

6. Production & Installation

Estimated production and installation timelines are provided for guidance only.

Delays caused by suppliers, logistics providers, contractors, weather conditions, force majeure events, or client-related circumstances may affect completion dates.

7. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or additional fees.

Final payment may be required before delivery or installation completion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, renderings, concepts, website content, images, and materials produced by Sophia Closets Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Warranties

We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. Warranty coverage, where applicable, applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use or maintenance

Unauthorized modifications

Damage caused by third parties

10. Limitation of Liability
